Subprocessors Real Intelligence, Inc. — last updated July 2026. Real Intelligence uses carefully selected third-party service providers (subprocessors) to operate the AVA Enterprise Intelligence Platform. These providers perform limited functions such as cloud hosting, AI processing, authentication, messaging, and customer support. All subprocessors are contractually required to maintain appropriate security controls and may access customer data only as necessary to provide their services. Customer enterprise data remains under customer ownership and is processed only under customer authorization. Updates Real Intelligence may update this list as new service providers are added or existing providers change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
