51.81.165.214 Privacy Policy - Ai-RGUS Privacy Policy Effective date: February 26th, 2026 Security Camera Maintenance Company dba Ai-RGUS, a Nevada C-corporation (“Ai-RGUS”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the website located at https://airgus.com/ and https://ai-rgus.com and https://app.ai-rgus.com (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”) and is the “controller” or “business” (as defined in applicable privacy laws) that is responsible for determining how personal data is used when you use our Sites or otherwise interact with us directly. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our website Terms and Conditions, accessible here. Personal data (including captured in videos) processed solely in that capacity is governed by the privacy policies and instructions of the relevant service user or ultimate operator of the relevant camera and not this Privacy Policy. Types of Data Collected We may collect, use, store, and transfer the following types of personal data about you, depending on the nature of our relationship. · Identity Data such as your title, first name, last name, any previous names, usernames and similar identifiers, etc. · Contact Data such as your email address and telephone number, any postal addresses (where these are your own address and not the address of your employer), etc. · Employment Data such as your employer, position, office location, role, etc. · Usage Data such as information about how you interact with and use our Sites, including your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data and other information about your use of our products and services. · Marketing and Communications Data such as your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
