Our Security Commitment
Juno Rocket is built 100% natively on the Salesforce platform. Your data never leaves Salesforce — we do not operate separate databases, servers, or third-party data stores. All security, encryption, and access controls are enforced directly by Salesforce.
Data Storage
All application data is stored within your own Salesforce org. Juno Rocket applications operate as managed packages inside Salesforce, meaning your data is subject to Salesforce's enterprise-grade security infrastructure, including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit.
Access Control
Juno Rocket applications respect all Salesforce permission sets, profiles, and sharing rules you configure in your org. We do not bypass or override Salesforce's native access controls. Users can only access data that your Salesforce administrator has explicitly permitted.
AppExchange Security Review
All Juno Rocket products are listed on the Salesforce AppExchange and have passed Salesforce's rigorous security review process. This review evaluates our code for vulnerabilities, data handling practices, and compliance with Salesforce security standards before any release.
Vulnerability Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in any Juno Rocket product, please contact us immediately at security@junorocket.com. We take all security reports seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
