Terms of Service Last updated: April 28, 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the CopperHill Consulting website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services Description CopperHill Consulting provides data integration, automation, AI implementation, and technology advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. 3. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CopperHill Consulting and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client deliverables are governed by the terms of each individual service agreement. 4. Confidentiality CopperHill Consulting maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data and proprietary information. We will not disclose, share, or sell client information to third parties except as required by law or as explicitly authorized by the client. 5. Limitation of Liability CopperHill Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. 6. Payment Terms Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the applicable agreement. 7. Termination Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered through the termination date. 8. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 9. Changes to Terms CopperHill Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 10.
