At Apparound we work hard to take care of your privacy.

1. What personal data are and what “processing of personal data” means under the GDPR
Pursuant to the GDPR
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to that person’s physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.
Processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination orotherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.

2. Apparound as “Controller of your personal data” and the “Data Protection Officer”: how you can contact them
Pursuant to the GDPR, Apparound S.p.A., with registered office in Via Umberto Forti, 1 – 56121, Montacchiello, Pisa (PI), Tax Code and VAT No.13147681004, in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, is the Data Controller.

3. Which personal data may be shared with us through this website
By using the website, your personal data may be collected and processed. Below we specify which personal data we may obtain and process, in particular:

4.1 How and why
Personal data are processed using both manual and electronic means, adopting appropriate security measures.
In order to provide a complete service, the Apparound website may contain links to other websites not managed by Apparound.
Apparound is not responsible for errors, content, cookies, unlawful content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with applicable laws and data protection regulations on such third-party websites;
Data collected during website navigation, including through the use of cookies, are used for the following purposes:
carrying out activities strictly connected with and instrumental to the management of relationships with website user or visitors;
collection, storage and processing for:
anonymous statistical analysis;
statistical analysis aimed at verifying the quality of the services offered by the website, through the use of cookies;

5. What your privacy rights are with regard to the personal data you have chosen to share with us
Please note that, pursuant tothe GDPR, you have the right to:
obtain confirmation as towhether or not personal data concerning you are being processed;
obtain information on the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data concerned, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, and, where possible, the retention period;
obtain rectification orerasure of personal data;
obtain restriction of processing;
obtain data portability, i.e.to receive your personal data from Apparound in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another controller withouth indrance;
object to the processing, including processing for direct marketing purposes;
object to automated decision-making processes, including profiling;
withdraw your consent at anytime, where the processing is based on consent.
You may exercise your rights by sending an e-mail to the address indicated in section 2 above.
Furthermore, if you deem it necessary, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
