(hereinafter the "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant statutes to protect the freedom and rights of data subjects, and processes personal information lawfully while managing it securely. Accordingly, pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company hereby establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in order to inform data subjects of the procedures and standards for the processing and protection of personal information, and to ensure that related grievances can be handled promptly and smoothly. Article 1 (Items, Purposes, and Retention Periods of Personal Information Processed) ① Pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company processes personal information after obtaining the consent of data subjects for the purposes set out below, or as necessary to fulfill obligations imposed by statute. Personal information so processed is not used for any purpose other than those set out below, and where the purpose of use changes, the Company will take the necessary measures, including obtaining separate consent from the data subject in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act. ② The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period required by statute, or within the retention and use period consented to by the data subject at the time the personal information was collected. ③ When personal information becomes unnecessary — for example, upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the purpose of processing — the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay. ④ The items, purposes, and retention periods of personal information processed are as follows. Article 2 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information) ① When personal information becomes unnecessary — for example, upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the purpose of processing — the Company destroys the relevant personal information without delay. ② Where the retention period consented to by the data subject has expired, or the purpose of processing has been achieved, but the Company is nonetheless required by other statutes to continue retaining the personal information, such information is transferred to a separate database or otherwise stored in a different location. ③ The procedures and methods for destruction of personal information are as follows. Destruction Procedure: The Company identifies personal information for which grounds for destruction have arisen and destroys such information upon approval of the Company's Chief Privacy Officer. Destruction Method: Personal information recorded and stored in electronic file form is deleted using technical methods that render the records unrecoverable, and personal information recorded and stored in paper documents is destroyed by shredding or incineration. Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) In principle, the Company does not provide users' personal information to any third party, except where the user has given prior consent or where otherwise specifically provided by statute. Article 4 (Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing - Domestic) To ensure the smooth provision of services, the Company outsources certain personal information processing activities to the following domestic service provider. However, doing so may limit the user's ability to participate in webinars and to use statistical analysis and customized services. Article 6 (Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Cookies) The Company uses cookies to provide customized services, and details such as the types, purposes, and retention periods of cookies can be found on the Cookie Policy page. Upon a user's first visit, the user may indicate consent or refusal through the cookie consent banner, and may also refuse to store cookies through web browser settings. However, doing so may cause difficulties in using the service. If a user does not consent to the use of cookies, the relevant cookies and tags will not operate, and the user's website usage information will not be transmitted to Google or other third parties. Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives, and Methods of Exercising Such Rights) Users may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. If you contact the Chief Privacy Officer below in writing, by telephone, or by email, the Company will take action without delay. Article 8 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information) The Company takes administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including managing access authority, retaining access records, and encrypting personal information. Article 9 (Chief Privacy Officer) The Company has designated a Chief Privacy Officer, as set out below, to take overall responsibility for the processing of personal information and to handle complaints and remedy damages of data subjects arising in connection with such processing.
