1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Send360 ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our marketing automation platform (the "Services").
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of our customers' data. Our Services are designed to enable companies to execute marketing campaigns while retaining full ownership and control of their data.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Customer Data
We process data provided by our customers ("Customer Data") in order to deliver our Services. This may include:
Contact information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers)
Marketing engagement data
CRM and third-party system data (e.g., Salesforce)
Campaign content and performance data
2.2 Usage Data
We may collect limited technical and usage data, such as:
Log files
Device and browser information
Platform usage metrics
2.3 How We Use Information
We use Customer Data solely to:
Provide and operate the Services
Execute marketing campaigns on behalf of customers
Improve platform performance and reliability

We do not use Customer Data for our own marketing purposes or sell Customer Data to third parties.
3. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
Customers retain full ownership of all Customer Data.
We act strictly as a data processor/service provider.
We access and process Customer Data only as necessary to provide the Services.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect data confidentiality.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Upon termination of Services, we will delete Customer Data within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in a written Service Level Agreement (SLA). Customers may request custom data retention or deletion schedules via contractual agreement.
Backup systems will be purged in accordance with standard security practices.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share Customer Data except:
With authorized subprocessors necessary to deliver the Services
When required by law or legal process
With customer direction or consent
All subprocessors are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security standards.
6. Security
We maintain industry-standard security measures, including:
Encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable)
Access controls and authentication
Monitoring and incident response procedures
7. Your Rights
Customers may:
Access, correct, or delete their data
Request export of their data
Configure data retention policies (subject to agreement)
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
