Production environments include the United States and the European Union; customer data at rest can be hosted in the appropriate US or EU production environment. Data in transit uses TLS. Data at rest is encrypted. Workspaces support role-based access, and enterprises can use single sign-on (SAML or OIDC). Our security materials cover access to Help Thread records, handling of live-session data, and administrator controls. Thread Tools stay under your team’s control. Thread Tools use AI to organize and retrieve information from the sources your team approves. They work inside the Help Thread and do not replace the expert responsible for the guidance. Trust Center and legal documents SOC 2 report, privacy assessment, penetration-test materials, and product security documents live in our customer Trust Center and are shared under NDA during evaluation.
