Provus Sub-processor List Provus engages the following entities to provide processing activities for Customer Data (as defined in the Provus Data Processing Agreement). Anthropic processes data in real-time and does not retain Customer Data beyond necessary processing time per their Data Processing Agreement. Processing occurs on AWS infrastructure in US regions. Text embedding generation: Customer text content (emails, conversations, business documents) is converted to vector embeddings for semantic search and memory systems. OpenAI does not train models on Customer Data sent via API per their business terms. Only vectorized representations (numerical arrays) are stored by Provus; original text is not retained. Cloud infrastructure: Provides hosting infrastructure for Provus application services, databases, and related systems. Cloud provider does not access Customer Data except as necessary for infrastructure operations and support services initiated by Provus or Customer.
