Data Security & Compliance & Compliance In our pursuit to offer our customers the most secure AI-powered social media solutions, we prioritize data security above all else in the design of our Charket apps and AI capabilities. We protect your data by not being able to access it at all. Instead, Charket apps and Charket Copilot process and store your data within your own Salesforce org. Charket apps connect social media platforms to Salesforce Customer 360 without using intermediary servers*, reducing the risk of data breaches. The diagram below illustrates the routing of an end-user request and its response through all stages of the data journey. Data Security Measures Industry Leading Encryption TLS 1.2 or higher is used to securely encrypt data coming into and leaving Charket apps. Multi-Factor and Biometric Authentication Additional layers of security work as a multipoint locking system to protect the access to your data. Granular Permissions Control who has access to what data with granular permission sets and custom permissions. Ensure only authorized team members can view and manage sensitive customer information. Regular Vulnerability Scans We subject our Charket apps to rigorous vulnerability scanning, constantly seeking and patching vulnerabilities before they become security threats. Think of it as having a team of security experts actively defending the walls of your data. Partnering with Experts We collaborate with the Salesforce security experts to fortify our data security measures continually. Security Awareness Training We empower our teams with security awareness training and testing, educating them on best practices and potential threats. Regulatory Compliance We adhere to strict data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA and PIPL, ensuring your compliance and peace of mind. 1. Salesforce as Data Store: Salesforce's compliance with personal data and user privacy protection regulations is applicable to Charket apps and Charket Copilot. 2. Data Isolation and Retention: Storing data in each company's own Salesforce org ensures logical isolation and additional security layers, and supports data retention policies that each company already defined. 3. Data Masking and Anonymization: Use sensitivity categorization and conditional access control to protect sensitive information while still devising valuable insights from your data, allowing you to analyze trends without compromising individual privacy. 4. AI Training: By default, Charket Copilot does not use your data for LLM training. You have full control on what data you want to use to train Charket Copilot.
