Advertised Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, the advertised price is typically based on a 12-month agreement (shorter terms may be available). The price is displayed as a "blended/average" rate that factors in any promotional offers or discounts for the 12 months.
The offer is conditional on the availability of the space and can be withdrawn at any point by the workspace owner.
The advertised pricing excludes GST/VAT and any local taxes.
The space size (if displayed) may factor in a percentage of common areas in addition to the dedicated space calculation.
Site Changes and Updates
We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time. If necessary, we may suspend or permanently close access to our site. Any material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
Our Liability
The materials displayed on Property Hub are provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to their accuracy.
