1. Introduction
Octavus AI ("Octavus," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI agent orchestration platform and related services (the "Services").

4. AI Data Processing

Code Execution: If you use agent skills, code may be executed in isolated sandbox environments

Session Data: Active sessions are retained for 24 hours by default; session history may be retained longer based on your plan
Agent Content: Retained until you delete it or close your account
