NOTICE: We may process sensitive personal information to provide the Services you request. Optional website marketing technologies may disclose identifiers and browsing activity to visitor-identification and advertising partners. These disclosures may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable privacy laws. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice through Cookie Settings in the Website footer. See Website Visitor Identification and Business Contact Enrichment below for details.
Introduction
Ikonomos Inc., doing business as Skyvern ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our website skyvern.com (our "Website") and our AI-powered browser automation platform and services (collectively, the "Services"), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This policy applies to information we collect:
On this Website.
Through our Services, including automation task payloads, screenshots, and session recordings.
In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and our Company.
Through our API and any software applications provided by us.
It does not apply to information collected by:
Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party; or
Any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Website or Services.
This policy explains our information practices; it does not replace a request for consent where consent is required. In opt-in regions, visiting the Website, scrolling, clicking an ordinary link, or continuing to browse does not give consent to optional tracking. In other regions, optional cookies may run before you make a choice, as described in Managing Your Preferences. See Changes to Our Privacy Policy for how we notify you of updates.
Children Under the Age of 16
Our Website and Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Website or through the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this Website or through any of its features or our Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us at support@skyvern.com.
Residents of certain states under 13, 16, or 18 years of age may have additional rights regarding the collection and sale of their personal information. Please see Your State Privacy Rights for more information.
Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Website and Services, including information:
By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline ("personal information");
About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Website or Services, and usage details; and
Sensitive personal information that you provide as part of automation task payloads (see Sensitive Personal Information below).
We collect this information:
Directly from you when you provide it to us, including through automation task payloads.
Automatically as you navigate through the site or use our Services. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and other tracking technologies.
From third parties, including business-information providers, visitor-identification partners, and public professional sources such as company websites and professional profiles.
Information You Provide to Us
The information we collect on or through our Website and Services may include but is not limited to:
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website or when creating an account. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Services, subscribing to our service, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Website or Services.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Details of transactions you carry out through our Services and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order for our Services.
Automation task payloads, which may include form data, login credentials, and other information necessary to complete the automated workflows you request (see Sensitive Personal Information below).
Sensitive Personal Information
Depending on the automation tasks you request, you may provide us with sensitive personal information as defined under applicable privacy laws. This may include but is not limited to:
Government-issued identification numbers, including Social Security numbers, passport numbers, and national ID numbers;
Account login credentials, including usernames and passwords for third-party websites and services;
Financial information, including credit card numbers and billing information;
Immigration or citizenship status information;
Personal photographs, including passport photos; and
Health-related information, if provided in connection with insurance or visa application automation.
We collect and process sensitive personal information solely to perform the automation services you request. We do not use facial recognition technology on any photographs you provide.
Please note that screenshots captured during automation may display sensitive information you have entered into forms. These screenshots are processed by our LLM providers to enable automation.
Google User Data
Skyvern offers optional integrations with Google services — Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets — that you may connect to your Skyvern account using Google OAuth. If you connect one of these integrations, we access only the Google user data needed to provide the specific feature you enable:
Gmail (read-only): we search and read email messages in your connected mailbox to retrieve information needed by the automations you configure — for example one-time passcodes and verification codes, or messages matching search criteria you define (such as folder, sender, subject, or a description of the email you are looking for). Message content may be processed by our large language model providers solely to identify and extract the information your automation requests; it is not used to train models. We do not send email, modify or delete messages, or use your email content for any other purpose.
Google Drive: we upload files produced by your automation workflows to the Drive folders you designate, and read file and folder metadata needed to locate those folders. Because you can designate any existing folder (for example by pasting a folder link or ID), connecting this integration grants Skyvern full access to the files in your Google Drive; we use that access only for the uploads and folder lookups described here, and do not read, modify, or delete your other Drive content.
Google Sheets: we read and write spreadsheet data in spreadsheets you select or that the integration creates on your behalf, to import inputs and export results of your automation workflows. To let you choose a spreadsheet, we also list the names and IDs (file metadata, not contents) of spreadsheets in your My Drive and shared drives; we do not read the contents of spreadsheets you do not select.
How we protect and retain this data. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and all data is transferred over encrypted (TLS) connections. We retain Google user data only as long as needed to provide the feature, which includes keeping it in the workflow run results you can view in Skyvern (see Data Retention below, including how to request deletion). You can disconnect a Google integration at any time from your Skyvern settings; upon disconnection we revoke our access with Google and delete the stored credentials. You may also revoke Skyvern's access at any time via your Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
No use for AI or machine learning training. We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Sheets), whether raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived, to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google user data is excluded from the "train and improve our machine learning models" purpose described elsewhere in this policy.
Limited Use. Skyvern's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit permission, when required for security or legal compliance, or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Website and Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:
Details of your visits to our Website and use of our Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use.
Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
The information we collect automatically may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Website and Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to estimate our audience size and usage patterns, store information about your preferences, speed up your searches, and recognize you when you return to our Website.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
Cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use necessary cookies to provide requested functions, remember your privacy choices, and apply the default settings for your region. In opt-in regions, optional analytics and marketing cookies require your choice through our consent banner. In other regions, they may run until you reject them through the banner or Cookie Settings. You can also block cookies in your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect functions you request.
Web Beacons. Pages of our Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics.
Do Not Track Disclosure
We also may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking).
Our Website does not respond to the legacy "Do Not Track" browser header. That header is distinct from legally recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Website turns off marketing cookies and tags for that browser. Analytics cookies follow your saved choice or the default for your region. This disclosure does not limit your rights under applicable privacy laws.
You can manage optional Website tracking through the following methods:
Adjusting your browser settings to refuse cookies
Selecting Reject All in our cookie banner or disabling Marketing through Cookie Settings in the Website footer
Data Generated During Service Execution
When you use our automation Services, we generate and store the following data:
Screenshots of each automation step, which you can view in your dashboard;
Video recordings of browser sessions; and
Diagnostic and logging data.
Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
Depending on the services enabled and your privacy choices, our Website may use PostHog for analytics and Google (GTM/Google Ads), Apollo, RB2B, Freebuff, Meta (Meta Pixel), LinkedIn (Insight Tag), Reddit (Reddit Pixel), Microsoft (UET), and TikTok (TikTok Pixel) for marketing. These providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information about Website visits.
Our cookie banner separates the following categories:
Necessary cookies
Analytics cookies, including PostHog.
Marketing cookies and tracking technologies for advertising, campaign measurement, and visitor identification.
The information these third parties collect may be associated with your personal information, or they may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and other online services.
Some partners also process information for their own purposes, as described in their privacy notices. You can ask us about these disclosures at support@skyvern.com.
Managing Your Preferences. Optional cookies follow the preferences you save through our banner. Before you save a choice, optional cookies stay off in opt-in regions and may run in opt-out regions. Global Privacy Control keeps marketing off. Select Reject All to refuse them, or use Settings or Manage Preferences to choose categories. You can reopen these controls through Cookie Settings in the Website footer and withdraw consent at any time. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing the Website. This policy describes our data practices; it does not change your saved cookie choices.
Website Visitor Identification and Business Contact Enrichment
Visitor identification. When marketing cookies are enabled by your saved choice or regional defaults, RB2B (GetEmails, LLC) may collect online identifiers, IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited, and visit times. It matches this activity with other data to help identify visiting companies and, for US visitors, professional contact details. International identification provides company information rather than individual visitor identities. Matches may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Purposes and disclosures. We may use these results to understand business interest and identify relevant sales opportunities. RB2B also processes cookie data for its own data matching, validation, service development, and advertising purposes. It acts as an independent controller for that data, rather than only processing it on our behalf. Disclosing identifiers and browsing activity for these uses may constitute a sale or sharing under applicable US privacy laws, even without a monetary payment.
Business contact enrichment. We use tools such as Clay and HubSpot to combine signup and business contact details with professional information from data providers and public sources. This may include names, work contact details, job titles, professional profile links, employer information, company size and industry, and potential business responsibilities or reporting relationships. We use this information to assess product fit and organize business relationships. Suggested responsibilities, reporting relationships, and fit scores are estimates that may need verification.
Your choices. To prevent optional visitor-identification tracking on this browser, reject marketing cookies or withdraw marketing consent through Cookie Settings. You can also ask us to access, correct, delete, or stop using business contact information for marketing by emailing support@skyvern.com. Cookie choices apply to Website tracking; contact us to exercise rights over information already held in business records. RB2B provides its own privacy notice and opt-out controls.
These marketing practices do not authorize the use of automation task payloads or Google user data for marketing. The restrictions in Sensitive Personal Information and Google User Data continue to apply.

Data Sharing
To provide our Services, we share data with the following:
