Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using RenderDraw's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. 2. Use License Permission is granted to temporarily use RenderDraw's services for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: Modify or copy the materials Use the materials for any commercial purpose without written consent Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations 3. User Accounts When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. 4. Prohibited Uses You may not use our service: For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate To submit false or misleading information 5. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Some features of the services use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated systems (collectively, “AI Features”). You understand that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or non-unique. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or relying on them and must not use an AI Feature as the sole basis for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on a person. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to submit content to an AI Feature. Unless your applicable subscription plan, order form, or other written agreement with RenderDraw expressly states that training is excluded, you authorize RenderDraw and its service providers to use content submitted to or generated through the services, along with related usage data, to provide, maintain, evaluate, develop, improve, and train RenderDraw services and AI models. If your applicable subscription plan, order form, or other written agreement excludes training, RenderDraw will not use your submitted content to train AI models. RenderDraw and its service providers may still process that content as necessary to provide the requested AI Feature, maintain security, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with law. Any training exclusion applies according to the scope and effective date stated in the applicable plan or written agreement. 6. Service Availability We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide, without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period. 7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall RenderDraw or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service. 8. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location. 9.
