Terms of Service Last updated: January 2026 Agreement to Terms By accessing or using the inflooens platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. Description of Service inflooens provides a Salesforce-native mortgage platform including Luna AI, loan management, lead management, and integration services. The service is provided on a subscription basis. User Accounts To use our services, you must: Have a valid Salesforce license Provide accurate and complete registration information Maintain the security of your account credentials Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the service for any unlawful purpose Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems Interfere with or disrupt the service Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code Use the service to store or transmit malicious code Violate any applicable laws or regulations Luna AI Usage Luna AI provides analysis and information based on available data. Luna is not a licensed financial advisor, legal advisor, or underwriter. You acknowledge that: Luna's outputs are for informational purposes Final lending decisions require human judgment Guideline information should be verified against current agency publications Approval predictions are estimates, not guarantees Intellectual Property The inflooens platform, including Luna AI, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription term. Data Ownership You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services. We do not claim ownership of your data. Service Availability We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. The service depends on Salesforce availability, which is governed by Salesforce's terms. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, inflooens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inflooens from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms. Termination Either party may terminate the service according to the terms of the applicable subscription agreement. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and you should export any data you wish to retain. Changes to Terms We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
