App Functionality and Data Access Our app operates entirely within the installed Salesforce environment and does not make any callouts to external systems, ensuring that all data remains securely within your Salesforce instance. We do not have access to or visibility into any data stored in your Salesforce environment. All data processing occurs locally within Salesforce, and we only interact with your data when explicitly granted access for support purposes or as necessary to ensure the app’s functionality. Your business data remains fully under your control, and we will only access it if required for support or as mandated by applicable law. Security We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
