Terms and conditions for our e-money services
About our terms
This Agreement is made up of three Sections:
Section 1 – The Terms of Use which are between you and Greengage & Co. Limited.
Section 2 – The Client Terms of Business and Terms and Conditions which are between you and Equals Connect Limited
Section 3 – The Fee Payment Schedule which are the fees the Client agrees to pay as noted in the Introduced Client Application Form

Equals Money International Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to issue Electronic Money and provide payment services (FRN: 671508).
Greengage communicates transparently with all prospective clients and wishes to state that it is not an exclusive tied agent of Equals Connect Limited and may work with other service providers where appropriate.
Greengage acts solely as an introducer to selected third-party service providers, which may include both regulated and unregulated counterparties offering e-money accounts, digital platforms, liquidity infrastructure, or lending arrangements. All introductions are made on a non-reliance, non-advisory, and non-promotional basis.
No part of this website or its content should be treated as advice, an endorsement, or a representation of regulatory status, product suitability, or risk. Greengage is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated payment services, investment services, financial advice, credit broking, or custody of client funds.
