XLR8 Terms and Conditions
You may not access the XLR8 trial if You are Our direct competitor, except with
Concenter Services' prior written consent. In addition, You may not access the XLR8 trial
for purposes of monitoring the availability, performance or functionality, or for any other
benchmarking or competitive purposes.
PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
Reservation of Rights. We reserve all rights, title and interest in and to the XLR8
application, including all related intellectual property rights.
Restrictions
You shall not (i) permit any third party to access the XLR8 application, (ii) create
derivate works based on the XLR8 Application, (iii) copy, frame or mirror any part or
content of the XLR8 Application, (iv) reverse engineer the XLR8 Application, or (v)
access the XLR8 Application in order to (a) build a competitive product or service, or (b)
copy any features, functions or graphics of the XLR8 Application.
Suggestions
We shall have a royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicenseable, irrevocable,
perpetual license to use or incorporate into the XLR8 Application any suggestions,
enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by You, including
Users, relating to the operation of the XLR8 Application.
This document contains material which is a proprietary property of and confidential to Concenter Services. Disclosure outside Concenter
Services is prohibited except by written permission, license agreement, or other confidentiality agreement. Unauthorized reproduction or
distribution of this document in any form or by any electronic or mechanical means is expressly prohibited. All Rights Reserved Worldwide.
