Pyze Service Terms

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Pyze platform ("Services") provided by Pyze, Inc. ("Pyze"). These Terms apply unless superseded by a signed agreement between you and Pyze.
2. Access & Use
Pyze grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for internal business purposes.
You will not:
Reverse engineer or copy the platform
Use the Services for third-party resale (unless authorized)
Interfere with system integrity or security
3. Customer Data
You retain all rights to your data.
You grant Pyze the right to process data solely to:
Provide the Services
Improve and enhance the platform
Pyze may use aggregated, de-identified, and anonymized data for analytics, product improvement, benchmarking and to train and improve AI models.
4. Deployment, Security & Data Processing
Pyze may be deployed:
In Pyze-hosted environments, or
Within customer-controlled infrastructure (e.g., customer cloud environments)
Pyze processes data on behalf of customers in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Depending on the deployment model, Pyze may act as a data processor or subprocessor.
Pyze supports both Pyze-hosted and customer-managed deployments. In all cases, customers retain control over their data and determine the scope and nature of data collected.

5. Third-Party / Platform Distribution
If you access Pyze via a partner platform (e.g., ISV, VAR, GSI), that platform may act as a reseller. These Terms apply to Pyze functionality, and Pyze is responsible for its Services.
6. Intellectual Property
Pyze retains all rights to:
The platform
Software, models, and analytics
Improvements and derivative works
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Pyze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to fees paid for the Services in the prior 12 months
9. Termination
Pyze may suspend or terminate access for:
Breach of these Terms
Security risks or misuse
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
