Pyze operates in two roles:
a. As a Data Processor
When providing our platform to customers, Pyze processes data on behalf of customers under their instructions.
Customers control what data is collected and processed
Pyze acts solely as a processor or subprocessor
Data is used only to deliver contracted services
b. As a Data Controller
Pyze acts as a controller for:
Website interactions
Business contact information
Marketing and communications
3. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide
Name, email, company, job title
Contact details submitted via forms or communications
b. Platform Data (Customer-Controlled)
When customers use Pyze, we may process:
Application usage and workflow data
System interaction data (e.g., clicks, events, process steps)
Operational and performance metrics
Important: This data is collected and controlled by our customers. Pyze does not independently determine what personal data is collected within customer environments. For enterprise customers, data processing activities are governed by contractual agreements and the Pyze Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
c. Automatically Collected Website Data
We may collect limited technical data such as:
IP address
Browser type
Pages visited
This is used for security, performance, and analytics, not advertising.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide, operate, and improve our Services
Support customers and respond to inquiries
Ensure security and system integrity
Communicate about products, updates, and events
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising purposes.
5. Data Processing & Deployment
Pyze supports flexible deployment models:
Pyze-hosted environments
Customer-managed environments (e.g., customer cloud infrastructure)
In all cases:
Data processing is limited to service delivery
Customers retain control over their data
Data residency and security requirements are respected
