We do not collect your CRM data (e.g. your CRM/customer data). We only read/analyze your Salesforce Org metadata (for the purpose of running our products as advertized and documented per their features). Moreover, we do not enter into contracts to provide your contact or private information to 3rd-party entities without your prior agreement.
Our managed-package Best Practices Toolkit passed the Salesforce ISV Partner AppExchange Security Review in January 2024 and we are a 100% native on-Salesforce-platform based solution (no API calls into or out of Salesforce).
