Terms of Service – Zoho
This is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (hereinafter “we” or “your”) and CloudQ it services private limited (hereinafter “CloudQ”) governing your use of QCare in Zoho Marketplace.
Description of Service
QCare in Zoho creator is an application intended to maintain the blood stock details and the donor’s list by the blood banks. Maintaining the blood stock details and the donor details as a hard copy is a difficult process for a blood bank. This application will solve this issue and also it will be a time saving process. Blood banks can create a blood donation campaign. Every time a campaign is created a reminder mail will be automatically sent to the active donors. Donors will also get a blood donation reminder once in every three months. If any one of the blood groups level goes below 35% the blood bank will automatically get an email alert about that particular blood. So that blood banks can avoid blood shortage issues.
Subscription to Services
We offer free subscription for the purpose of maintain the blood stock details and the donor’s list by the blood banks. The user must buy an Zoho creator License to use this service. We reserve the full rights about the product or services. You agree that Zoho /CloudQ will not be liable to you or to any third party for any harm related to, arising out of, or caused by the modification, suspension or discontinuance of any of the services for any reason.
Disclosure and Onward Transfer of Information
We will not rent or sell your personal information to any company or organization. We may provide your personal information to our subsidiaries and affiliates. We may provide your personal information to vendors and service agencies that we may engage to assist us in providing our Services to our clients, or to assist us in verifying your eligibility for employment with CloudQ. Such third parties will be restricted from further distributing your personal information and must enter into a written confidentiality agreement with us. We will also disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority, or otherwise in cooperation with a bona-fide investigation of a governmental or other public authority, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or to protect the safety of visitors to our Site. We may transfer your personal information to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which CloudQ participates or to a purchaser of all or substantially all of CloudQ’s assets to which the Site and/or Services relate.
Consent
CloudQ may collect and use your personal information on the basis of your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time. If you revoke your consent, you will not be able to use any service or feature that requires collection or use of the information we collected or used on the basis of consent.
Security
We employ procedural and technological measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. CloudQ uses Transport Layer Security, firewalls, password protection and takes other physical and logical security measures and places internal restrictions on who within CloudQ may access your data to help prevent unauthorized access to your personally identifiable information. Our security is annually audited by a third party, under the ISO27001:2013 standard and additionally to comply with the PCI-DSS version 3.2 for specific client Services.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Site or portions of it using your user’s name, password or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your user’s name or password or any other breach of security.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, as described above, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.
Grounds for Processing

CloudQ collects and uses personal information to the extent necessary for its legitimate interests. This includes collecting and using information:

To perform background checks necessary to verify employment eligibility.

For direct marketing purposes. This includes, for example, analysing data to identify trends and tailor marketing messages to user needs.
The processing is necessary to fulfil CloudQ’s legal obligations
CloudQ may process your personal information when we have a legal obligation to do so, for example, if we’re responding to a legal process or an enforceable governmental request.

Privacy Policy Updates
Due to the Internet’s rapidly evolving nature, CloudQ may need to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If so, CloudQ will post a notice of the change and the updated Privacy Policy on our Site located at https://www.cloudq.net/privacy-policy. We may also send registered visitors of the Site e-mail notifications notifying such visitors of any changes to the Privacy Policy. If any change is unacceptable to you, you have the right to cease using this Site. If you do not cease using this Site, you will be deemed to have accepted CloudQ’s then current Privacy Policy.
