Scope This Notice explains how Accelintell collects, uses, and safeguards U.S.-resident personal information when you use WhaleHawk™. Although access is restricted to the United States, the policy aligns with key principles of the GDPR and CCPA. 2. Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly, data generated through your use of the Service, and information from third-party sources to enhance our offerings. 3. How We Use Information Operate and improve the Service, including continuous model tuning. Surface source links and context to enhance transparency. Communicate about product updates or policy changes (30-day notice). Comply with law, protect rights, detect abuse. 4. No User Opt-Out from Training Because model improvement is integral to WhaleHawk, you cannot opt out of your data being used to train models. 5. Sharing & Disclosure We share data only with: cloud hosting, payment, and analytics vendors under contract; law-enforcement or regulators when legally required; successors in a merger or acquisition. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined under the CCPA. 6. Data Retention We retain all categories of information indefinitely unless deletion is required by law or you delete your account. 7. Security We employ industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular audits). Nevertheless, no system is 100% secure. 8. Your Choices & Rights Access/deletion/correction for U.S. residents via [email protected]. Marketing opt-out through unsubscribe links in emails. 9. Children The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. 10.
