Information Collected Automatically
We and service providers acting for us may automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:
Device and Network Data: Browser or application type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers, language settings and diagnostic information.
Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, such as features used, pages viewed, actions taken and the date and time of activity, and preferences inferred from those interactions.
Communications Interaction Data: Information about interactions with our messages, such as whether a message was opened or a link selected.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the Service, remember settings and understand how the Service is used. For additional uses and choices, see “Communications and Promotions.”
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no consistent industry standard for these signals and we do not respond to them; we do respond to opt-out preference signals where required by law, as described under “Communications and Promotions.”
Data About Others
If you invite another person to use the Service, we may use the contact details you provide to send the invitation. Please provide those details only if you are authorised to do so.
Information from Other Sources
We may receive account information from third-party sign-in providers; transaction and subscription information from payment processors and app stores; and security, analytics and campaign-attribution information from providers and partners that support the Service. We may also receive contact information when another user invites you.
Your Inputs
You should not submit your own personal information as part of any Input. We process Inputs to generate Outputs and may review Inputs and Outputs as necessary to operate and secure the Service and enforce our terms. Authorised personnel, including engineers, may also review Inputs and Outputs as reasonably necessary to troubleshoot issues and evaluate the quality, safety and performance of the Service and its models, and identify and implement improvements to agent functionality and workflows. This evaluation is separate from model training.
Where Inputs depict people, their visual features may be processed as part of generating the requested Outputs. We do not extract personal information from Inputs or Outputs to link it to an account or to other personal information.
We do not use personal information to train our models. Our use of anonymised information is described under “Product Improvement.” Please do not submit another person’s personal information unless you are authorised to do so. We retain Inputs and Outputs as described under “Data Retention.”
Whether You Must Provide Personal Information
Some information is required to create or secure an account or complete a purchase. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to provide the relevant feature or complete the transaction. Other information is optional, and we identify required fields when we collect it.
How We Use Your Personal Information
Service Delivery and Operations
We use your personal information to:
Provide, operate and maintain the Service, generate Outputs and process transactions.
Personalise settings, content, features and recommendations using your preferences and interactions with the Service, subject to your choices.
Create and administer your account and profile.
Secure the Service, troubleshoot problems and prevent fraud, abuse and other harmful activity.
Provide support and send administrative, security, billing and service communications.
Product Improvement
We use usage and device information to understand how the Service performs and how its features are used. We may also use information that has been aggregated or anonymised so that it no longer identifies you, including text prompts and Outputs, to improve performance, develop features and develop and improve our models, subject to any restrictions in our agreement with you; we do not attempt to re-identify it.
Direct Marketing, Communications and Promotions
We may use your contact details, device and usage data, preferences and communications interaction data, including such information about you that we receive from partners ( collectively,“Marketing Data”), to deliver, personalise and measure communications and advertising about the Service on our own and third-party platforms. This may involve cookies or similar technologies and sharing these data with service providers and advertising partners, subject to your choices and consent where required by law. Advertising partners act for us and do not use this information for their own marketing.
We intend to use your Marketing Data (including your name and email address) for direct marketing purposes, namely to send you email updates about our creation tools and related products and services, including events, offers and product releases, and we require your consent to do so. Subscribing to direct marketing communications is optional and is not required to register for or use the Service. Any subscription benefits are subject to the terms presented with the offer. You may unsubscribe from direct marketing communications at any time, free of charge, through the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not affect non-marketing service messages or benefits already awarded; applicable offer terms continue to apply. We do not provide your personal information to any third party, whether affiliated or unaffiliated with us, for that third party’s own direct marketing purposes.
If you participate in an event, offer, survey or contest, we use your information to administer that activity and provide any associated benefits in accordance with its terms.
You can manage cookies through your browser or our privacy controls. Where applicable, you may use our privacy controls or contact us, free of charge, to object to direct marketing or opt out of targeted advertising and disclosures to advertising partners. We honour opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required by law.
Compliance and Protection
We may use personal information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and prevent or investigate fraud, security incidents and unlawful activity.
With Your Consent
Where consent is required, we ask for it before the relevant processing and you may withdraw it as permitted by applicable law.
How We Share Your Personal Information
We disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: Vendors that perform services for us, such as technology operations, email delivery, customer support, security and analytics.
Affiliates: Affiliates that provide research, development, operations, support or security services to us.
Payment Providers and App Stores: Providers that process purchases and related transaction information under their own privacy notices.
Business Partners: As described under “Communications and Promotions,” and partners involved in activities you choose to join, as explained when information is collected.
Authorities, Advisers and Other Recipients: Where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, establish or defend legal claims, protect rights or safety, or prevent and investigate fraud, security or technical issues.
Corporate Transactions: In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganisation, insolvency or transfer of all or part of our business or assets.
Other Users and the Public: If you choose to publish content, share it with others or make profile information public through the Service.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide and secure the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We retain saved Inputs and Outputs, including conversation history, so that you can return to conversations, continue tasks and work on assets, and delete them when the conversation, relevant asset or account is deleted, subject to applicable law and our deletion process. Copies containing personal information retained for troubleshooting or evaluation are kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and remain subject to applicable deletion requests.
We determine retention periods based on the type of information, the purpose of processing, applicable legal requirements and the need to establish or defend claims. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it in accordance with applicable law.
Your Choices and Rights
You have the following rights:
Access and Update: Update available account details or ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to it.
Correction: Ask us to correct personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have the following choices and rights:
Communication and Cookie Choices: See “Communications and Promotions” for subscription, cookie and advertising choices.
Deletion: Ask us to delete your account or personal information, subject to applicable law.
How to Make a Request: Use the details under “How to Contact Us.” We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law.
Additional Rights: Additional rights may apply based on your location. See “Additional Information for Certain Users” below.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age stated under “Additional Information for Certain Users” or required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this requirement, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
