SnapLyte SnapTable – Terms and Conditions (Version : June 1, 2025) 1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SnapLyte SnapTable (“the Service”), provided by SnapLyte (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. License & Usage The Service is licensed, not sold, on a per-Business Unit (BU) basis. You may use the Service solely for managing Data Extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE). Redistribution, resale, or modification of the Service is prohibited. 3. Payment & Billing Pricing is per BU, billed monthly or annually as selected during purchase. Annual plans receive a €100 discount per BU. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. 4. Support & Updates Standard support includes bug fixes and general inquiries during business hours. Updates and feature enhancements are provided at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. 5. Data Privacy & Security We do not store or process your Data Extension records outside of your Salesforce instance. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations. 6. Liability & Warranties The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past 12 months. 7. Termination & Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued. 8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. 9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
