Section 1Scope and acceptance These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by zeb, including access to AI-powered IT solutions and use of SMS messaging. Section 2Use of AI and IT services You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our AI-powered features, subject to adherence to these Terms. AI features are optional and may be enabled or disabled at your discretion. You are responsible for ensuring proper usage among all authorized users. Do not use the AI output as the sole basis for critical business, legal, or operational decisions; human review and oversight are required. Section 3Data privacy and protection You must provide only lawful, non-infringing data to our platform, including through AI or SMS services. All data (including phone numbers and SMS content) must be handled according to your local and international privacy laws, such as GDPR and CCPA. Do not transmit confidential, sensitive, or regulated data unless appropriate safeguards are in place. Section 4SMS messaging Legal compliance You must comply with all SMS regulations, including obtaining proper recipient consent under laws such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable local rules. Consent SMS may only be sent to recipients who have explicitly opted in. You must clearly inform clients regarding the nature and purpose of communications. Opt-in By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from zeb regarding our products or services. Opt-in methods Web forms with explicit checkboxes (not pre-checked). SMS keyword opt-ins (e.g., texting a keyword like "JOIN" to a designated number). Consent collected via paper or electronic forms clearly stating the purpose of SMS communication. Double opt-in confirmation where you reply "YES" to confirm subscription. Section 6Liability and indemnity AI and SMS features are provided "as is," without warranties concerning accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. zeb and our system accept no liability for damages from delayed or failed message delivery, business decisions based on AI outputs, or regulatory penalties due to your misuse. You agree to indemnify zeb and our system for any losses or liabilities arising from breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of services. Section 7Termination and changes zeb may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
