Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 2, 2026 | Last Updated: September 2, 2026
INVITE Networks (“INVITE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed IT, network, and technology services to business customers. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to visitors to our website, job applicants, and the business contacts of our current and prospective customers and vendors.
This Policy does not apply to data we process on behalf of our customers as part of delivering managed services (for example, data residing on systems we manage for a client). That processing is governed by the applicable Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or Data Processing Agreement with that customer, and our customers remain responsible for their own end-user privacy notices.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or otherwise reach out to us, subscribe to communications, or interact with our website.
Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, including through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below).
Job applicant information: If you apply for a position with INVITE, we collect the information included in your application, resume, and any related communications (e.g., name, contact details, work history, and, where applicable and permitted, background check results as part of our hiring process).
Business contact information: We collect and maintain business contact information (name, work email, phone number, employer, and role) for individuals at our current and prospective customers, partners, and vendors, in connection with managing those business relationships.
How We Use Your Information
To respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and deliver the services you or your organization request.
To manage our contractual and business relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
To evaluate job applications and manage our hiring process.
To operate, maintain, and improve our website and communications.
To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
To detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, fraud, and other unauthorized or unlawful activity.
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain an information security program aligned with SOC 2 requirements, including the following safeguards for information within our own systems:
Encryption of confidential data at rest and in transit, in accordance with our Cryptography Policy.
Access to systems and data restricted on a least-privilege, role-based basis, with periodic access reviews.
Multi-factor authentication for remote and privileged access to production systems.
Ongoing security monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and periodic independent penetration testing.
A documented incident response process for identifying, containing, and communicating about security incidents.
Employee background checks (where legally permitted), confidentiality agreements, and annual security awareness training.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and any applicable regulators in accordance with our Incident Response Plan and applicable law.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to meet our contractual and legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. For example, business contact information associated with a customer account is generally retained for the duration of the relationship and for a limited period afterward; job applicant information is retained in accordance with our internal hiring records practices. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it in accordance with our Data Management Policy.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with:
Service providers: Vendors and subprocessors who perform services on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting, CRM, IT service management, and communications tools), under agreements that require them to protect the information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
Legal and compliance: Where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to lawful requests from courts or government authorities.
Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act) to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond to verified requests in accordance with applicable law.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our website (for example, through analytics tools). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how parts of our website function.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Data Transfers
INVITE Networks operates within the United States. If we receive personal information from outside the United States, it may be processed and stored in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will update the “Last Updated” date above when we make changes, and material changes will be posted on this page.
