Introduction
ProVisionary Intelligence Limited ("ProVis") acquired MyVocal AI effective 4/26/2024 and is now the service owner and data controller. This Privacy Policy explains how ProVis collects, uses, shares and protects user personal data through the MyVocal AI service.
Data Collected
ProVis may collect the following categories of personal data:
Account Data - Name, email, company details provided when creating accounts or contacting us.
Voice Recordings - Audio recordings provided by users for voice cloning purposes on the MyVocal AI service. These recordings are not used for training AI models.
