Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how swXtch.io collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when we act as a Controller (defined below) of that information. This policy applies to individuals whose personal data swXtch.io processes as a Controller and does not apply when swXtch.io acts solely as a Processor on behalf of a customer. 2. Scope of This Policy Covered by This Policy Website visitors and digital property users — individuals who visit or interact with swXtch.io websites, online portals, or social media pages we operate. Event and marketing participants — individuals who register for or take part in swXtch.io webinars, events, programs, marketing campaigns, or similar promotional activities. In-person visitors — individuals who visit swXtch.io oices. Business contacts — individuals who inquire about, negotiate, or engage in commercial transactions with swXtch.io, including representatives or employees of customers, suppliers, investors, and business partners. Referrals — individuals whose details are provided through a referral by a customer, partner, or other contact. Not Covered by This Policy Users of swXtch.io products or services where swXtch.io acts as a Processor (in those cases, the applicable customer’s or partner’s privacy policy applies). Current and former swXtch.io employees, job applicants, contractors, or agents. 3. Data We Collect Personal Data We collect only the business-related details necessary to complete contracts or provide services. This may include: Name and business contact details (e.g., email, phone number) Company name and role Contracting and billing information (e.g., billing address) We collect this data when you submit forms on our website, register for events, contact us via email, or engage with us in business transactions. We may also automatically collect limited device information (e.g., IP address) through our website’s standard functionality. Sensitive Data In limited cases, we may collect: Financial account numbers necessary to process payments for contracted services Information provided voluntarily about a company’s network environment to support service delivery We protect sensitive data using industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing systems. We do not collect biometric, health, or other restricted category personal data unless explicitly provided for a specific, lawful purpose. 5. We do not share personal data with third parties for advertising or analytics, beyond what is automatically provided through standard WIX website functionality and LinkedIn interactions. We may share personal data with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors or cloud hosting services) who are contractually obligated to protect your data and act only on our instructions. For example, billing information is retained for seven years to comply with tax regulations. Data no longer needed is securely deleted. 9.
