Pixel ML keeps website data collection simple. We use information you send us to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential projects, and maintain basic business communications.
Last updated: March 15, 2026
Information we collect
If you contact Pixel ML through the website, email, phone, LinkedIn, or AWS Marketplace, we may collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, work email, company, role, project context, and deployment requirements.
How we use it
We use inquiry and communication data to:
• respond to your request and schedule follow-up conversations
• assess use-case fit, deployment constraints, and commercial scope
• maintain records for customer, partner, and procurement discussions
How the website contact form works
When you submit the contact form on this site, the information you enter (name, email, company, and message) is sent to our team via a server-side email delivery service. The form does not create an account for you. We use a third-party email provider (Resend) to deliver your message to our team at customer@pixelml.com.
Confidentiality and sensitive information
Please avoid sending secrets, credentials, or customer-sensitive production data through a first website inquiry. If your project involves confidential detail, tell us that in your message and we will move the conversation into an appropriate private channel.
Sharing
Pixel ML does not sell inquiry data. We may share information with service providers used for email, hosting, or normal business operations when needed to run the website and respond to legitimate requests. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our business, users, and partners.
Local browser preferences
If you change the website theme, that preference may be stored locally in your browser so the site can remember light or dark mode on future visits.
Retention
We retain business inquiry records for as long as they are reasonably needed for communications, project evaluation, customer support, legal compliance, or internal recordkeeping.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent to customer@pixelml.com. You can also use the contact form.
