1.
Who we are and what this policy covers
Airowire Networks Private Limited ("Airowire", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through airowire.com, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Airowire is the Data Fiduciary (or "data controller") for the personal data described here. Our registered office is L-29, 3rd Floor, 2nd A Main, HSR Layout Sector 6, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, India.
This policy applies to our website, contact and enquiry forms, chat widget, careers applications, emails and events. It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of our clients while delivering managed, cloud or security services. That data is governed by our contract with each client.
We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and its rules. Where we deal with people in other regions, we also follow the local laws that apply, including the EU and UK GDPR, Singapore's PDPA and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
