This document outlines the terms governing your use of Yogo Cloud and explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By registering for or using Yogo Cloud, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. 1. Information We Collect To provide our services, we may collect the following information: Organization Information Company name Organization details Industry Business contact information User Information Name Email address Phone number Job title AWS Environment Information AWS Account IDs AWS Regions Infrastructure metadata Cloud resource inventory CloudWatch metrics CloudTrail events Security findings Cost and billing metadata Monitoring configuration Yogo Cloud does not access, store, or process customer application data or business content unless explicitly required and authorized for a supported feature. 2. How We Use Your Information We use the collected information to: Provision your Yogo Cloud workspace Monitor cloud infrastructure and services Display operational dashboards Generate alerts and reports Perform security and compliance assessments Provide AI-powered operational insights Improve platform performance Deliver customer support 3. Data Security We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to customer information is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need. 4. Customer Responsibilities By using Yogo Cloud, you confirm that: You are authorized to register the AWS accounts provided. You have permission to grant monitoring access to your AWS environment. The information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Attempt unauthorized access to Yogo Cloud or other customer environments. Use the platform for unlawful or malicious activities. Interfere with the availability or security of the service. Reverse operator or misuse the software. 6. Service Availability Yogo Cloud is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to maintenance, third-party service dependencies, or unforeseen events. 7. AI Features Certain features may use artificial intelligence to generate operational insights, diagnostics, security recommendations, and remediation guidance. AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before implementation. 8. Intellectual Property Yogo Cloud, including its software, dashboards, documentation, branding, and associated intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of VirtueCloud. Customers retain ownership of their AWS environments and cloud data only. 9. Limitation of Liability Yogo Cloud is intended to assist with cloud monitoring and operational visibility. Customers remain responsible for managing, securing, and operating their AWS environments if not agreed upon otherwise by VirtueCloud. VirtueCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform, except as required by applicable law. 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this document from time to time to reflect improvements to our services or changes in legal requirements. The latest version will always be available through the Yogo Cloud website. 11. Fees and Service Terms VirtueCloud reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, revise, or restructure its pricing, plans, subscription models, and service offerings at any time. VirtueCloud may introduce paid subscription tiers or charges for any features, services, platform access, or functionality that is currently offered free of charge. Any such changes may apply to new or existing users, to the extent permitted by applicable law and any existing contractual obligations. Changes to pricing, features, services, or platform access shall become effective as determined by VirtueCloud. Continued use of the affected services following the effective date of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised pricing or terms. 12.
