New price list, May 2026 Terms and Conditions Klick mich New price list effective as of May 1, 2026 Dear Valued Customer, For many years, we have had the pleasure of reliably supporting you with your IT requirements. We would like to sincerely thank you for your trust and our successful cooperation. In order to continue providing you with our accustomed quality, fast response times, and professionalism in the future, we find it necessary to adjust our service prices. The primary reasons for this adjustment are increased costs in the areas of personnel, infrastructure, as well as software and licensing fees. Daily Rates Network& Security Specialist Installation, configuration, operational support, troubleshooting € 1.310,00 Consulting Design, forensic analytics, project management € 1.870,00 Training per person € 1.500,00 Surcharges: Night surcharges (6:00 PM to 7:00 AM): 50% Saturdays (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM): 50% Sundays (12:00 AM to 12:00 PM): 100% Federal public holidays (incl. Dec 24th/31st, 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM): 150% Surcharges are not cumulative; only the highest applicable surcharge will apply. Terms and Conditions: Daily Rate Definition: A daily rate corresponds to up to 8 hours of work. Services exceeding this duration, as well as individually commissioned hourly services, will be billed pro rata based on an hourly rate (1/8 of the daily rate). Travel Expenses (Germany): For assignments at the customer‘s location within Germany, a flat-rate travel allowance of EUR 250.00 per service day will be charged. This covers all travel and incidental costs, including travel time, transportation, and expenses. On-Site Assignments: On-site assignments will be billed at a full daily rate per service day, regardless of the actual number of hours worked. Remote Services: Remote services are billed per 60-minute increment (or part thereof). Consulting & Project Management: Services in the areas of Consulting, Design, and Project Management require explicit written commissioning by the customer before work commences. There is no entitlement to service provision without such commissioning. International Assignments: For on-site assignments outside of Germany, daily rates as well as travel and incidental costs will be quoted separately in advance and billed based on actual expenditure. Travel costs will be calculated at cost price based on the currently valid travel expense regulations. We have made every effort to keep this adjustment to a minimum. Naturally, existing agreements remain valid until the end of their respective contract terms.
