Indee Technologies Inc. ("Indee" "we" “our” or "us") knows that you care how information about you is
used and shared. This Privacy Policy covers the use of the website [https://indee.tv] services offered by
Indee Technologies Inc. (“Services”) and explains (i) what information we might collect from you; (ii)
how we might use that information; (iii) how is your information shared with others; (iv) how do we
protect your information and (v) how you can control the collection, correction and / or deletion of
information provided by you.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from
other sources. Our Services sometimes link to services run by other companies, which have their own
privacy and cookies policies, and the information you give them will be subject to such third party’s
policies. Make sure you check such third party’s policies to know how they will use your information.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this policy are defined in our Terms of Use.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 User-Provided Information:
Account Information: When you register for an account to access the Services, you will provide us
information about yourself, such as your name and e-mail address.
If you correspond with us by email, we may retain the content of your email messages, your
email address and our responses. We also retain any messages you send through the Service.
Financial Information: In case your payment information is requested for subscription of our Saas
platform, it will be collected and processed by our third party intermediary authorized payment vendor,

processing transactions. Payment information shared with our payment vendor shall be subject to their
privacy and security policy available at https://recurly.com/legal/. Recurlycom, is PCI DSS compliant.
Recurly has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a
PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments
industry.
1.2. Automatically Collected Information
Cookies Information: When you visit Indee, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file
containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser
and lets Indee help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also
convey anonymous information about how you browse the Service to us. A cookie does not collect
personal information about you. Indee uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent
cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your
browser on subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web
browser’s directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can
reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some
features of the Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
Device Information: We collect information from and about the computers, phones, television, tablet
and other web-connected devices that you use to access or integrate with our Services. The information
we collect includes (i) device attributes that refers to information such as the operating system,
hardware and software versions, signal strength, browser type, file names and types and plugins; (ii)
device operations that refers to information about operations and behaviors performed on the device
which can help us distinguish humans from bots; (iii) unique identifiers and device IDs; (iv) device
signals; and (v) network connection information.
Log File Information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you
access a web page. When you register with or view our site, our servers automatically record certain
information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include
information such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit
pages and URLs, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such
information. Information derived from interaction patterns and contextual signals such as cursor
movements, click patterns, authentication history, and other behavioral indicators on other well known
web properties used for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and security monitoring.
Clear Gifs Information: When you use the Service, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web
beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously. No personally
identifiable information from your Indee account is collected using these clear gifs. In addition, we may
also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by
recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our
marketing, and make Indee better for our users.
Geo-IP data: Your Geo-IP data provides an approximate indication of your general geographic region
based on your device’s IP address. It does not rely on GPS or device-level location services and may
reflect the location of your internet service provider, network gateway, data centre, or VPN rather than
your actual physical location. Accordingly, Geo-IP data may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or
otherwise not representative of your true location. We process this approximate data on the basis of our
legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, including enabling region-appropriate content,
performing high-level regional analytics, complying with geographic restrictions, and ensuring the proper
functioning and security of our services. Our use of Geo-IP data is limited to broad, non-deterministic
purposes and is not used for any processing that requires precise, verified, or user-confirmed location
information. By using our services, you acknowledge that Geo-IP data is an estimate only and may not
reflect your precise physical location.
Others: Our third party partners, who provide certain services, receive your data when you visit or use
the services they provide. We require each of these third parties to have lawful rights to collect, use and
share your data. Make sure to check their privacy and cookie policy so you know how they will use your
information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Improving our Services: We use the personal information you submit to operate, maintain, enhance,
personalize and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service. We use cookies, clear gifs,
and log file information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during
your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information;
(c) monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of
visitors and traffic; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our users or engineers that are
associated with certain IP addresses; and (f) help you efficiently access your information after you sign
in.
Identification and authorisation: We use your data to verify you when you create and access your
account. When reasonably required to do so, your data is used to detect and prevent fraud, spam or
content that violates our Terms of Use.
Marketing: By providing Indee your information you consent to our using the email address to send you
(i) emails in connection with certain clarifications / information required by us in order for you to access
the Services; or (ii) Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of
communication by postal mail.
Communicating with you: We may send you notifications of activity on the Service to the email address
you give us. You can control the notifications you receive in your notification settings on the Service. We
may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as newsletters, changes to features of
the Service, or special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or
change your preferences by emailing or contacting our support team. Opting out may prevent you from
receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or new screenings. You may not opt out of
some Service-related e-mails.
Verification: To protect our website, services, and users from fraud, automated abuse, and malicious
activity, we may implement verification and risk analysis mechanisms designed to distinguish human
users from automated systems. In connection with such verification measures, we may process certain
technical and usage-related information, which may include, but is not limited to IP address device and
browser information, operating system details, interaction data relating to website activity, cookies or
similar technologies.
This processing is carried out for the purposes of maintaining platform security, preventing fraud, and
ensuring the integrity of our Services. Where third-party service providers assist us in implementing such
verification mechanisms, they act on our behalf and process data in accordance with our instructions
and applicable data protection laws.
Such processing is based on our legitimate interest in securing our systems and preventing misuse of our
services. Information may be processed or transferred in accordance with applicable legal requirements
and appropriate safeguards.
Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose for posting to the Service (including
your user content), becomes available to Indee.
3. How long do we store your data
Following deactivation of your Member account, Indee may retain your profile information and user
content for backup, archival, or audit purposes. We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide
our Services, or until your Member account is deleted - whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case
determination that depends on things like the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and
relevant legal or operational retention needs. If we offer an invitation referral service and you choose to
use our invitation service to invite a friend to the Service, if they sign up on Indee, Indee stores their
information to register your friend if your invitation is accepted, and to track the success of our
invitation service.
We store deleted data on our servers for a short period in case you wish to reverse deletion. Once we
delete the information, we may not be able to retrieve it.
Indee reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the user content you post on the Service. We
reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including
without limitation if in our sole opinion such information or material violates, or may violate, any
applicable law or our Terms of Use, or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third
party. Indee also reserves the right to remove information upon the request of any third party.
4. How We Share Your Information
Personally Identifiable Information: As a rule, Indee will not rent, sell or trade your personally
identifiable information to others without notice to the users. This, however, does not include, (i) other
parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business (including lawyers and
accountants), payment partners or serving our users; (ii) business partners or prospective business

your information confidential and to their treatment according to the laws and rules on personal data
protection.

servers or databases co-located with hosting providers and on cloud service providers).
Whenever in the course of sharing personal information to other countries, we ensure that the
information is transferred in accordance with applicable laws on data protection.
From time to time, we may run contests, special offers, or other events or activities (“Events”) on the
Service together with a third party partner. If you provide information to such third parties, you give
them permission to use it for the purpose of that Event and any other use that you approve. These third
party partners are subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. We therefore, cannot control
third parties’ use of your information. If you do not want your information to be collected by or shared
with a third party, you can choose not to participate in these Events.

take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities; (b) to enforce our Terms of Use, take
precautions against liability, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or
allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, or to protect the security or integrity of our site;

integrity and security of your personal information. Despite our reasonable efforts, we cannot, however,
ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Indee and you do so at your own risk.
Once we receive your transmission of information, Indee makes commercially reasonable efforts to
ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such
information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical,
technical, or managerial safeguards.

verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the
secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email
communications from Indee, at all times.
