Sub-Processors & Affiliates Learn more about the sub-processors and affiliates BeyondTrust uses to provide services to customers. About Sub-Processor Use & Policies BeyondTrust uses the sub-processors and affiliates below when providing its services to customers. These sub-processors and affiliates process customer personal data on behalf of BeyondTrust’s customers and in accordance with customers’ instructions as conveyed by BeyondTrust. We make sure that appropriate diligence checks are carried out on our sub-processors to ensure that they provide an appropriate level of privacy and security to customer data in light of the services they provide to BeyondTrust. As part of this due diligence process, BeyondTrust will always: Restrict sub-processor’s access to customer data only to what is necessary to maintain or provide the services; Enter into a written Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the sub-processor containing data protection obligations substantially equivalent to those provided in our customer DPA; and Remain fully liable to customers for the performance of those obligations, in case the sub-processor fails to fulfill its privacy obligations. If you are a customer, please note that the DPA or other contractual documentation entered into between us will prevail in relation to your rights and obligations regarding sub-processors and their appointment and replacement. Please send your objection via email to dataprotectionofficer@beyondtrust.com with the subject “Sub-Processor Objection” and include the grounds for objection. If you do not object within such notice period, the appointment of the new sub-processor shall be deemed to have been accepted. In any case, the objection process as described in your DPA shall apply. Please complete and submit the form below if you wish to get notified of changes to the sub-processors list.
