We engage a limited number of carefully vetted third-party sub-processors to assist in delivering our services. Each sub-processor undergoes a rigorous security and privacy assessment before engagement — including review of their SOC 2 reports, data handling practices, and contractual protections. We re-evaluate all sub-processors annually.

Update Policy
Cloudevolve will notify customers of any changes to our sub-processor list at least **30 days** before the change takes effect. Notifications are sent via email to the account administrator and posted in the Cloudevolve platform.
Customers may object to the use of a new sub-processor by contacting our legal team at legal@cloudevolve.com within the 30-day notice period. If we cannot reasonably accommodate an objection, the customer may terminate their subscription without penalty.
We review all sub-processors annually for continued compliance with our security, privacy, and contractual requirements.
