SUBPROCESSOR LIST

Allvue uses certain infrastructure subprocessors, platform subprocessors, and customer success subprocessors to provide services to its customers. The
applicability of each subprocessor is dependent upon the customer location and the services purchased.
This Subprocessor List will be updated periodically to note changes in subprocessors, which changes shall go into effect fifteen (15) days after such update. In
order to receive email notice when Allvue intends to add or replace a subprocessor, subscribe to receive update emails from Allvue’s Trust Center.
In order to subscribe, navigate to Allvue’s Trust Center (https://trust.allvuesystems.com/) and click the “Subscribe” button in the “Trust Center Updates” section.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that its notification email addresses remain current.
