Fonn Group Subprocessors Page Last modified: February 26th, 2025 This Fonn Group Subprocessors Page forms part of the DPA https://fonngroup.com/data-processing-agreement and Agreement https://fonngroup.com/fonn-group-general-terms-and-conditions. This page details how the Fonn Group companies engage with Subprocessors and other third party service providers in the delivery of our Services, and in our general business operations, including the operation of our websites. Infrastructure Subprocessors To help the Fonn Group Companies deliver their Services, we engage Subprocessors to support our infrastructure. The Fonn Group Companies may use the following Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services. Relevant Services Subprocessor Purpose / Applicable Service Location All Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure provider providing hosting services and storage. Depending on the chosen region for the Service. Optional feature specific Subprocessors Some of the optional features and integrations of our Services require the use of additional Subprocessors. These Subprocessors will apply to you only if and when you opt-in. You must actively choose to use a feature in the Service that involves an opt-in Subprocessor, as listed in the table below. Mimir Amberscript AI functionality (speech-to-text services). EEA or USA depending on the chosen region for the Service. Fonn Group Affiliate Subprocessors Depending on the geographic location of a customer or their Authorized Users, and to the extent necessary to provide the Services, one Fonn Group Company may engage one or more of its Affiliate Subprocessors (Fonn Group Companies) to help deliver the Services and to assist with its data processing activities. Regional sales and support company for the APAC region. APAC All Mimir Media Tech AS Developer and provider of the Mimir cloud native video production and collaboration platform, including support services. EEA All Saga Media Tech AS Developer and provider of the Saga digital-first story-centric newsroom system, including support services. EEA All Kunnusta AS Developer and provider of the Kunnusta workflow platform, multiplatform publishing tool and suite of connectors, including support services. EEA All Mediability AS Systems integrator. EEA Other Third Party Service Providers The listed third party service providers may process other personal data that you provide to us, or that we collect, in the course of our business operations, including through our websites. EEA Google Workspace Business applications, including communication and collaboration tools, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, and other business applications. USA Impartner Partner relationship management solution. USA LearnUpon Learning management system (LMS). UK Slack Communication tools. Global Frei AS CRM solutions and integrations services. Norway Changes to the Fonn Group Subprocessors Page In order to provide optimal Service to our global customer base, our list of Subprocessors may change from time to time. These changes may include adding new Subprocessors or replacing existing Subprocessors when we believe that doing so will enhance our ability to deliver our Services. We will notify our customers about our intention to start using a new Subprocessor or to replace an existing one, in accordance with the DPA, at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to any such change taking effect.
