Your data is stored on encrypted volumes, with sensitive data additionally encrypted at rest. Advanced password settings can be configured by your LMS administrators to ensure your organization’s password policy requirements can be met. Single Sign-On We support SAML Single Sign On (SSO) which allows your users to authenticate to your own system without having to authenticate again to access LearnUpon. Permissions are configurable to allow different levels of access within our platform. A dedicated team performs a program of continuous penetration testing with independent, third-party testing carried out at least annually. Security is embedded in our Software Development Life Cycle, with segregation of duties in place, and every change is assessed to determine the security implications. Safety starts with our people All employees undergo mandatory annual security awareness training with a comprehensive employee security awareness program also in place. Background checks are performed on all prospective employees in accordance with local laws, and confidentiality agreements are in place as part of contractual agreements with all employees.
