What This Means This milestone reflects the completion of a comprehensive compliance program encompassing the following areas: Data Processing Transparency Our data processing practices reflect lawful bases for processing and are governed by documented agreements with our customers, ensuring clarity and accountability at every stage of the data lifecycle. Privacy by Design Our platform and internal processes have been reviewed and updated to embed data minimization, purpose limitation, and storage limitation principles throughout the data lifecycle. Data Subject Rights TeamDynamix supports the rights of individuals whose personal data is processed through our platform, including rights related to: Access — retrieval of personal data processed through our platform Rectification — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data Erasure — deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable requirements Restriction of Processing — limitations on data use as applicable Data Portability — export of personal data in a structured, machine-readable format Objection — honoring objections to processing where applicable Vendor and Sub-Processor Management Our third-party vendor relationships have been reviewed to ensure that all sub-processors we engage meet the same GDPR obligations we uphold. Incident Response Our breach notification procedures align with GDPR requirements, including timely notification to relevant parties to support obligations under the 72-hour supervisory authority reporting window. International Data Transfers Appropriate safeguards are in place for transfers of personal data outside the EEA, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. Questions? Compliance Now Available: TeamDynamix ITAM - SOC 2 Type 1 Report Published February 10, 2026 We are pleased to announce that TeamDynamix has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type 1 audit for our IT Asset Management (ITAM) solution. This report, issued by our independent third-party auditors, validates that our system description is accurate and that our internal controls are designed effectively to meet the Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. Accessing the Report The ITAM - SOC 2 Type 1 Report is now available for download via our Trust Center. The Road Ahead: 2026 SOC 2 Type 2 At TeamDynamix, we are committed to continuous security monitoring and operational excellence. Following this successful Type 1 milestone, we are officially including the ITAM solution within the scope of our Calendar Year 2026 SOC 2 Type 2 audit. This upcoming Type 2 audit will include evaluation of the operational effectiveness of our controls for ITAM over a 12-month period, providing you with the highest level of assurance regarding the protection of your data.
