Benevity Subprocessor Information Benevity uses third-party Subprocessors to process personal data on behalf of Benevity Clients and in accordance with contract terms between Benevity and the Subprocessor to uphold Benevity's commitments in Benevity's Data Processing Addendum, which is published here https://b-hive.benevity.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/24648079920916 Benevity carries out regular due diligence reviews of its Subprocessors, and where the engagement of a Subprocessor requires the cross-border transfer of personal data, Benevity conducts Transfer Impact Assessments in accordance with applicable data protection law for these data transfers. Benevity imposes obligations on its Subprocessors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring that the processing of personal data is protected to the standards required by applicable data protection laws.
