Betterworks’ Sub-Processors Betterworks utilizes third-party sub-processors (vendors/suppliers) to provide infrastructure and support services which may include: data & platform support, customer assistance, email notifications, and other communication where required. Prior to contracting with sub-processors (vendors/suppliers), and on a periodic basis as determined by risk assessment, Betterworks evaluates the administrative, physical, and technical processes to ensure that sub-processors maintain reasonable information security practices for ensuring the privacy, security, & confidentiality of customer data. The list below represents the sub-processors currently in use at Betterworks. Sub-processors will fall into one of two categories, those required for operation of the Betterworks services “Required Services,” and those that are optional for enhanced features that are not required for operation of Betterworks services “Optional Sevices.” Optional services are Opt-In services.
