We believe customers should understand not only what our AI features can do, but also how they're governed. To that end, we’ve taken two concrete steps: ISO/IEC 42001 certification. We recently obtained ISO/IEC 42001 certification—the international standard for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS). This certification reflects how we manage AI risk, governance, and accountability across the organization. AI Model Card for our Gifting Assistant We’ve published an AI Model Card that explains how AI is used within our Gifting Assistant feature, including its purpose, limitations, and safeguards. This is part of our broader effort to be transparent about how AI operates within the Snappy platform. Both our ISO/IEC 42001 certificate and the AI Model Card are available for review through Vanta.
