AudienceView takes appropriate steps, including imposing contract terms on each sub- processor that we work with, to ensure that sub-processors provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing will meet the requirements of applicable data protection laws and our contractual commitments to clients. Notification of any intended changes concerning the addition or replacement of other sub-processors will be provided within an approximate timeframe, thereby giving the controller the opportunity to object to such changes.
