FAQ View all Updates View all Compliance SOC 2 Type II Bridge Letter – October 2025 Published October 3, 2025 DeepScribe has published a new SOC 2 Type II Bridge Letter dated October 3, 2025. This bridge letter affirms that all controls described in our SOC 2 Type II audit report (covering January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024) remain in place and are operating effectively during the current observation period (January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025) Control Update: As part of this bridge letter, one control has been updated to better align with DeepScribe's AWS-hosted environment: Previous Control: The company review its firewall rulesets at least annually. Required changes are tracked to completion. Revised Control (Effective October 13, 2025): Boundary protections (AWS WAF rules, VPC security groups, NACLs, database access controls, etc.) are reviewed at least annually. Required changes are documented and tracked to completion. This revision emphasizes service-layer boundary protections where configuration risks are most concentrated.
