FAQ View all Updates View all Compliance New SOC 2 Resources - Bridge Letter & Audit Firm Engagement Letter Published May 5, 2026 Now available to customers and prospects under NDA are two resources pertaining to SOC 2 compliance including (1) a bridge letter attestation by management at Modo Labs and (2) our audit partner's letter of engagement. General Updated Resources - VPAT for Modo Campus, Accessibility Statement, and HECVAT 4.10 Published April 24, 2026 Our latest VPAT is now available which includes assessment against WCAG 2.2 Levels A and AA. The accompanying Accessibility Statement provides an executive summary and a description of our Accessibility program. Responses to the latest version of the HECVAT are also now available. Supplemental supporting evidence referenced in the HECVAT is also available by contacting [email protected]. HECVAT is a security assessment template that attempts to generalize higher education information security and data protection questions and issues regarding cloud services. Compliance New SOC 2 and SOC 3 Resources - 2025 SOC 2 Type II Report and 2025 SOC 3 Report Published January 27, 2026 Our latest SOC 2 Type II report and SOC 3 report are now available by request to customers and prospects under NDA. A SOC 2 Type II report describes a service organization's systems, whether the design of specified controls meets the relevant trust services categories, and assesses the effectiveness of those controls over a specified period of time. Modo Labs’ SOC 2 Type II report did not have any noted exceptions and was therefore issued with a “clean” audit opinion from our auditor, Sensiba LLP. Compliance Updated Accessibility Statement for Modo Campus and Modo Workplace Published January 15, 2026 An updated Accessibility Statement is now available addressing the Title II final rule on web accessibilityOpens in new tab and the upcoming April 2026 Title II deadlines. This update describes Modo's roadmap and plans for compliance.
