Information on Veeva Systems Support Locations and Veeva's Sub-Processors Support Locations Veeva uses a follow-the-sun model to provide support services around the globe. We reserve the right to provide support from the following countries, unless the Customer has specifically excluded a location which may result in delays in support: 1. Asia Pacific 2. European Union member countries 3. United Kingdom 4. United States Any updates to Veeva's support locations will be posted on this page. You may subscribe to receive notifications of updates to our support locations. Veeva’s Sub-Processors Sub-processors are third-party vendors that we engage to perform specific data processing activities necessary for delivering our services to customers. Our sub-processors are authorized to process personal data only for the purposes defined below. In addition to the third-party sub-processors listed below, our subsidiaries and affiliates are considered sub-processors where they perform data processing activities to deliver services to our customers. Hosting, Infrastructure and Support Sub-Processors We use the following sub-processors for hosting, computing infrastructure, and to assist with customer support.
