OVH SUB-PROCESSORS
Sub-processors
Version dated 16 October 2025
This document identifies the sub-processors that OVH uses in accordance with the provisions of the
Annex “Data Processing Agreement or "DPA"”, to carry out the processing of the Client's data as part
of the Service provision.
These sub-processors may be (A) Affiliates belonging to the OVH Group, hereinafter referred to as
“Intra-Group Processors” or (B) entities not part of the OVH Group, referred to as “Third-party
processors”.
As Data Controller, the conditions under which OVHcloud processes personal data relating to the
Client (including its employees) are set out under OVHcloud’s “Personal Data Usage Policy”.

B. Third-party processors
When third-party companies outside the OVHcloud Group are involved in the processing of personal
data carried out by OVH limited on behalf of the Client, they are listed in the special terms and
conditions applicable to the services in question.
