Modifications: Remesh reserves the right to update this list from time to time by posting updates on its privacy policy found at https://live.remesh.chat/privacy-policy. Remesh will provide customers with email notification when the list is updated in accordance with the terms of the Customer Agreement (as defined below).
Remesh Inc. (“Remesh”) uses certain sub-processors to assist it in providing the Remesh Solutions described in the definitive agreement entered into between the parties governing the solutions provided by Remesh to Customer (“Customer Agreement”). Defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreement.
For the previous version of this policy, please see it here.
‍
What is a sub-processor
‍
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Remesh who receives Customer Personal Data from Remesh for processing on behalf of our Customers and in accordance with our Customers’ instructions (as communicated by Remesh). Remesh engages different types of sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.
‍
Due Diligence
‍
Remesh undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed sub-processors.
‍
This policy does not give Customers any additional rights or remedies and should not be construed as a binding agreement. The information herein is only provided to illustrate Remesh’s engagement process for sub-processors as well as to provide the actual list of third-party sub-processors used by Remesh as of the date of this policy (which Remesh may use in the delivery and support of its Services).
