Sub-processors Our group Contact our Data Protection Officer Sub-processor list WHAT IS THIS DOCUMENT AND WHAT IS IT ABOUT? This document is an integral part of our general Privacy Policy. This document regulates the process of transferring your personal data to our sub-processors and our group of companies (hereinafter referred to as "our group") SUB-PROCESSORS A sub-processor is a third-party entity or service provider engaged by a data processor to handle personal data on behalf of the data controller. The complex of services and products (Purpose) provided by our sub-processors (the list of which is defined in Table 1), as well as the interaction with members of our group of companies, are essential for the functioning of our product. We cannot limit our cooperation with them because: It would lead to the disruption of functions and services provided by our product. It is technically infeasible due to the intricate technical components of our product - restricting one or several sub-processors would result in the disruption of interdependencies with services and products of other sub-processors. Therefore, considering the above, we rely on your unconditional consent to transfer all your personal data to our sub-processors and our group of companies. If you object to and do not consent to the transfer of your personal data to any of the sub-processors (Table 1) or our group (Table 2), we require you not to use our product. Furthermore, we guarantee that the process and execution of transferring your personal data by us to the designated entities below are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the GDPR. The list of sub-processors is provided in Table No. 1. OUR GROUP Our group means a group of legal entities that collaborate on the development and improvement of the "RINGOSTAT" Product, enhancing its functionality and ensuring the operation of certain technical aspects of the "RINGOSTAT" Product as software. This document, part of our Privacy Policy, outlines how your personal data is transferred to third-party services, called sub-processors. SUB-PROCESSORS Sub-processor – a third party that has access to your personal data and assists us in performing tasks related to the processing of your personal data, either independently or according to our instructions. Sub-processors provide specific services or products. The RINGOSTAT service includes combinations of various services and products provided by sub-processors. We cannot fully or partially restrict our collaboration with sub-processors because: It would result in the disruption of functions and services of our product, and It is technically infeasible due to the constant, interconnected transit of data and the sequence of connecting and combining functions of individual sub-processors' services - restricting one sub-processor affects others. Therefore, you are providing us with your consent (under the terms of the Privacy Policy or Data Processing Agreement, depending on whether you have an account with the RINGOSTAT service or not) to transfer your personal data to all sub-processors specified in this list. Rest assured, the data transfer process to sub-processors complies with GDPR requirements and is based on separately negotiated agreements.
